Convert Flash to Quicktime?

I've got some Flash movies that I want to put up on my iWeb site. But since you can't simply drag and drop Flash movies onto iWeb, I was wondering if there's a way to convert them to Quicktime?

Anybody know of a way? Thanks!

You should be able to do it with iSquint. It's been discontinued, but you can still download it from MacUpdate:
