Yeah, but when we sink our identity into the idea of a STATE we don't want to get smothered by it . . . and offer it all of ourselves . . there are aspects that we carry into this 'nation State' of America that can only be desccribed with reference to their non-American origins . . . even if those are also fictions

    Poll:

Are you white? Not completely, but pretty close

Are you Christian? yep, non-denominational right now.

Are you male? Last I checked.

Are you Republican? I am anti-socialist, whether or not that ends up a Republican thing. Usually, yes. I'd vote for a Republican ham sandwich or ball of twine for office before I'd vote for a Democrat.

    Are you Hetero? Flaming.

Do you own a Windows PC? Several. And VPC for the Mac. There are just some things one needs windows for.

Um, the thread you're responding to is six years old, so if you feel discriminated against maybe it's because you're a halfwit.

    Are you white? Yes

    Are you Christian? Agnostic

    Are you male? Yes

Are you Republican? Undecided, I'm fiscally conservative but socially liberal. I'm for less taxes and smaller government. This last election made me go Democrat.

    Are you Hetero? Bi

Do you own a Windows PC? No

Are you white? If you mean European-American, yes.

Are you Christian? Yes, the best thing that ever happened in my life was becoming a Christian.

    Are you male? Yes.

Are you Republican? Not registered as such but typically vote for conservative candidates.

    Are you Hetero? Yes.

Do you own a Windows PC? No, but use one for work.

I'm puzzled by the diversity comment. I usually think of diversity in terms of things you can't change such as gender and race. The other things are up to individuals to decide.

Are you white? Yes, but the French in me from my moms side gives me darker skin.

Are you Christian? Hmmm, well I was raised Catholic, there are rumors in my family that my mom has some Jewish in her and would consider Jesus as the son of God. Interstingly, although the rumors of Jewish, my mom almost became a nun, instead, she became a RN.

    Are you male? Yes.

Are you Republican? Have voted republican and democratic. Imam from Boston but live in LA were there is a huge difference in democrats. On the east coast, polititians tend to seperate, like the law says, there own beliefs from the law. For example. They passed gay marriage but don't believe in it. Strange. I know. But it is what it is. I'm what I've termed, a replublicat, voting on the issues. I liked Obama and huckabee go figure yet true repub saw huckabee as to liberal.

Are you Hetero? Yes but have gay friends and my wife and I have talked about naughty things lol. Like fantasy swinging. She is really hot. Like Juliea Roberts meets elshoot, can't rember her name. Been married 1 year.

Do you own a Windows PC? Yes and a mac which I use 99 % of the time.

Oh you poor baby. Why don't let people just LET us enjoy all the advantages we happened to be born with? It's not FAIR!

If you live in a place where everyone is heterosexual, you live in a place with a lot of liars, probably related to there also being a lot of Republicans.

Are you white? Whiter than paper, yes. Irish, Russian, German Jew and Scandinavian - in other words I practically get a sunburn if I walk under an incandescent light :P

Are you Christian? Nope, atheist. My family is a mix of Jewish, Catholic and atheist/agnostic/"spiritual but not religious".

Are you male? Last I checked, yes.

Are you Republican? I like red states, but only when they have a yellow star on them. In other words, no, I'm a communist.

Are you Hetero? I believe we're all varying degrees of bisexual; that said, I have never found another male to be sexually attractive or done anything romantic/intimate with one, so by most definitions, yes.

Do you own a Windows PC? Yes. In fact, since Apple refuses to produce a mid-range headless tower or a computer with a graphics card at all appropriate for its price range, and my MBP suffered the dreaded Nvidia GPU failure, my homebuilt PC is the only machine I actually own, although I also have use of a newish iMac my dad brought home from work (he works at Apple in Austin).

What does any of this have to do with Apple or the computer industry.
