NBNS Name Query Broadcasts

Hello everyone, I was going through wireshark and see that I'm broadcasting about 10 NBNS Name Querys every few minutes. I thought maybe it was from vmware, but my girlfriends computer seems to be doing the same and she doesn't have that installed. Any help would be great. Thanks!

    I couldn't seem to figure it out... I reinstalled the OS, updated it, installed xcode developer tools, port and then wireshark, but I'm still getting them. They must have to do with the isp or os? I read it should just be using dns though?
