Looking for an iPhone application that logs usage

Is there any application that has the follwoing features.
  • Keep the log file of usage of iPhone.

  • we can delete it.

  • we can protect it.

If there exists plz also mention the application source and installation process.

    It's rather expensive to delete, though!
