Small Arrow In Top Right Of Screen

Hi guys. I was lucky enough to get my pre-ordered iPhone on Thursday within 10min of the store opening! Anyway, I'm new to iPhone and was wondering what that small arrow is that sometimes appears in the top right corner of the screen by the battery indicator.

    That shows up when any application is using Location Services such as the camera or a weather app. Enjoy your new phone. I'm loving mine.
