Mine would probably end up being either Pot (because it's so easy, but boring) or Cocaine, because I'm a speed freak at heart and I've heard bad things about addiction. If I wouldn't end up dead in a month from some kind of odd accident, being an LSD addict would be interesting, to say the least.
But if this weren't reality, I'd have to agree with this quote (I've referenced it and I can't find who it belongs to. I've heard both Levon Helm and John Coltrane, but I can't find the source anywhere.)

you know, the red bean paste thats in anpan. its smooth and sweet but not too sweet, not too heavy. mmm, red bean ice cream... i think anpan is like pain au chocolat but better.
Ooooh. When I first read the title of this thread a few days ago I stayed right out. But, now that I'm 3 pints into my 'current' abuse I'll chime right in.
Ya see, I'm addicted to being addicted to something...although, I'm not ready to call these 'abuses' yet, let's just call them part of 'Stage X.xx' of my life:
1) Founder's Porter (2-3 a day)
2) American Spirit blues (1-1.5 packs a day)
3) Anna (ie: morals I could never have, a sense of justice I could never conceive and a body I don't deserve)
Note: these are NOT in order of importance (in case Anna happens to read this )

- sleep. I have really good dreams. I enjoy sleep more than life sometimes.
- speed. (Like what alliance said)
- Vodka. I used to like whiskey, but I got a little too much of it too many times. At least you don't taste vodka two days after you drink it.
- Strong Pilsners. Bubbly suckers. When you drink too much, the bubbles get to you bad. I've nearly exploded more than once.
- Salty Meats. Mmmmmm. I love salty meat.
- Lard. My Ukrainian roots are evident here. Mmmm, lard.
But what's really going to get me killed is that I seem to have a history of going after girls with violent boyfriends. I thought the last one was going to be the last one, but history has a strange way of repeating itself. Fortunately, I'm pretty violent too, and a lot more clever.

And driving fast would be another. I have a SERIOUS lead-foot problem! I hate to go slow more than anything...drives me bonkers.
