  Hmm, I think it's Bulgarian. All slavic cyrillic languages are similar, but I'm pretty certain that Съм is Bulgarian, and means "be", as in "to be present".

  I don't know the first word.. could mean the figure seven (7) but I'm not sure.

  I actually called my girlfriend to ask her (she's Bulgarian). It was slightly confusing describing cyrillic letters over the phone, and it still doesn't quite make sense:
