I do. I use them excessively on my iPhone 4. I think it was iOS 3 that got them.
Android also had some level of copy/cut/paste before the iPhone but it was mediocre and is still mediocre compared to what did out of the gate. Being a "me first" feature isn't as important as being a well done and complete feature. Being able to check off a rudimentary spec sheet item means nothing if the feature isn't implemented well.
Indeed, it came with the iPhone 3Gs in 2009:
Fully agree on ticking of a spec sheet is not the same as making a feature truly useful. Haven't used an Adroid phone much, but I do see people struggle with copy-paste and such.
Android has always had some services that could be accessed by voice.
True. A couple of years ago I did a simple test with my iPhone co-coworker, I said "call Chris" and my HTC EVO dialed it right away. But he could not get his iPhone to voice dial. A more sophisticated voice search (using speech synthesis) was available at that time on Android as well .

Personally I found the voice commands better and easier in the iPhone than Android.
Samsung Galaxy S3 "S Voice bests its rival with the range of commands supported – apps can be opened by voice, unlike on the iPhone 4S, and you can send out Twitter and Facebook status updates courtesy of integration with Samsung’s Social Hub..."

I have a 4S and a HTC One X but have also had a iPhone 4, 3GS, HTC Sensation, HTC Wildfire, HTC Desire, Google Nexus one and Google Samsung Nexus. I live in Australia.
S-Voice is just based on Vlingo which has been available for a very long time.
So you have never had a phone with S Voice to compare with Siri. According to Wikipedia, the S Voice "first appeared on the Samsung Galaxy S III on May 3, 2012".
Even though Vlingo has been available a long time, it does not mean it's not improved overtime.

It did? Well, you taught me something I didn't know (seriously). Thanks!

iOS5 voice command is probably better then on Android 2.3, but I have not tested it yet on Galaxy S3/Android 4
