iirc their nuclear plant is designed to provide electricity only to that facility, it doesn't do a damn thing for anywhere else.
and yes, that's N and S Korea. you can see the 36th parallel real nice at night there.
found this one one of NASA's pages i think. had a whole world map, i just thought the difference between the two countries was amazing, especially since they were almost the same just 50 years or so ago.
