    Yes. It's called AVI2MOV.



    But, if you wan't to import them in iMovie they have to be in DV format. You can just play them import it into QT, and export it to DV. Then Import your DV clips into iMovie.



    You'll need Mpeg4 codec's. Go to Divixdownloads, or divixdigest to fond Mac Codec's, and utils.
