What are your iTunes settings?

I've had a lot of discussion with my friends an colleagues about the best settings for iTunes. I currently RIP my CDs at:

96 kbps (mono)/192 kbps (stereo), VBR (Medium quality), 44.100 kHz, stereo, normal stereo, using Velocity, using MP.

I think this gives me pretty good sound quality with reasonable file sizes.

What do you guys prefer and why?

I use the LAME encoder with iTunes with the tag:

    --nspsytune --vbr-mtrh -V0 -mj -h -b192 --lowpass 19.5 --athtype 3 --ns-sfb21 2 -Z --scale 0.98 -X0

    Eugene, can you improve on this? <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughing]" />
