Latest rumour is Apple is creating the iSpaceElevator. C'mon Samsung, just build one and beat Apple to the punch.
Although, you'll never catch me riding it.
I suspect that when Apple finally brings out the alleged iWatch it will become very apparent that Samsung et all just didn't get it. The idea that you'd want to wear something strapped to your wrist in order to access information that is on a device in your pocket will quickly be relegated to the 'what the **** was I thinking' bin. That such a device will sell in droves is just stupid. IMO.
If an iWatch comes out it will be aimed at the boomers and fitness freaks first and foremost, the former constituting a HUGE potential market.
‘Course we’ll have people asking “Where was the BHB?” since A and C were the only models brought to market… " src="http://forums-files.appleinsider.com/images/smilies//lol.gif" />
I am going laugh my ass off if iWatch ends up being the TV.
Haha! I just read this story now and your comment was the first thing that came to my mind before even reading it! Samsung and Google remind me of those kids in elementary school that would wait to see what their nemesis would do first so they could follow. "I was here first!" "Nuh-uh, I was!"
See what happens when Samsung has nothing (good) to copy?
Not that they have nothing (good) to copy, just that they have nothing, PERIOD. So they will try to find out what their enemies next move is and try to beat them to the punch. Only to find out later, their nemesis threw them a bone in the opposite direction!
I think Apple is the one copying - right from its UI (MS and Androdi) in iOS7 to fingerprint sensor (from Motorola) to features (Android) .. the list goes on. But you have to give it to them, the bugs are all their own...

I think you have to read more. Apple is the one standing still and trying to find out what their competitors are doing where as Google and Samsung are blazing a trail for Apple to follow..

You mean blazing a trail down the wrong path. Apple will creat a new path and Google/Sammy will try to create a short cut to get to that path.

So how does Apple's watch compare to Google's watch? From where I'm sitting they look just alike and use the same announced specifications.;)
A bit early in the game to pronounce anyone's vaporware as either flawed or superior isn't it no matter what camp you're in. The only thing for certain is Samsung's watch doesn't appear to be very well-thought-out and more a rush to be first (altho they're hardly even that)?

I wonder if the display will flip up with a multi-position kickstand as well? Somebody needs to mock this up ...
Combine that why a click-in wrist keyboard and it'll sell like hotcakes!
I think that was Google with the SpaceElevatorTM
And dancing. Need weird dancing on the commercials.

Even more so if it turns out just to be a product’s code name.
Next we’ll hear about Apple’s new BHC product…

They can all ponder, blunder, twerk whatever. When Apple drops their watch all hell is going to break loose.
Apple will corner the wearable market. If it is done right, this sh** is going to be huge!

Digital watches aren't exactly popular and aside from fitness related things what would you even do on one.
