Wallpaper Settings CRASHES in iOS 7.0.4

I found that the Wallpaper Settings item crashes in the latest iOS 7.0.3 & iOS 7.0.4 versions. Hope Apple fixes this issue.

Steps:

1) Go to Settings

2) Choose Wallpapers & Brightness option

3) Choose any Wallpaper

4) Choose Dynamic option in Apple Wallpaper screen

5) Go back to Apple Wallpaper screen

6) Choose 'Dynamic' option again

The settings CRASH for no reason !! How simple huh !!!

Apple - please fix this issue so that no user has to redo / or not do such simple task.

Reboot, try again. Still happen?

Actually I tried this on both iOS 7.0.3 & 7.0.4 (after updating and restarting). So yes reboot doesn't seem to fix the issue.
