Show them that page that's hosted on a Mac plus. Tell them that it was released in 198* (can't remember exact date), give the spec, then show them the actual site and give them the address.
Ditto for the page hosted on a Newton.
Get a copy of the book AppleDesign. It's got tons of prototypes and stuff about the R&D and design philosophy at Apple, and it's a great read.
Talk about Hypercard, and how it lead to the development of the worldwide web.
Talk about Aldus Pagemaker, and how it revolutionised the whole publishing industry. There would be very little of the amount of books, magazines, packaging etc without it.
Talk about Excel, the first graphical spreadsheet (Mac only until version 3 or 4). Ditto Word.
Final Cut Pro - realtime effects. 'Nuff said.
Apple pioneered Firewire, Airport, USB (first machines to ship that depended on it), SCSI, IrDA, etc.
Apple once managed to get a subwoofer in a laptop (3400).
Apple had first laptop in the notebook style, come to that (PB 100). That was co-developed with Sony.
Excellent suggestions so far, but here's another one: Macs have a lower total cost of ownership. I'm not sure where you'd get figures on that, though.
Give examples of Macs used in various high-profile industries, kinda like Apple does in some of its promotional materials. Show professionals who know that Macs are best for their work.

Quicktake 100 - one of the first digital cameras.
(Give dates for all these developments).
