Safari 7.1 Install Issue

I'm having an issue updating to Safari 7.1 on Mavericks.  I've downloaded the update through the App Store but it won't install correctly.  As you can see in the attached image it shows up as an available update but also as being repeatedly installed after I clicked the "Update All" button.  The version number on Safari still reads 7.0.6.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    I downloaded Mavericks from the old Lion OS and had no problem at all.Safari again no problem.Perhaps you can go to a Apple store and see if they can help you with this.

    Try uninstalling the old version and download the new version.
