Everyone else is crap and stupid. It's how it ALWAYS is with these rabid copiers. Apple comes out with a polished, secure, easy solutions and these shameful degenerates "suddenly" have better solutions that haven't even been tested, or have been (CurrentC) and have shown to have major security flaws.
"SamsungPay" magnetic strip nonsense is a brute-force hack. It's a bandaid to a bad technology and they have the nerve to repackage it as some kind of "feature" and pass it off as a secure method.
Samsung has shown time and time again that it has no expertise in developing software, and now Samsung want to con the world in believing it has the chops to design/create/implement something as serious as secure financial software? Never would I put that kind of trust in Samsung.
I can expect Samsung scraping the bottom of the barrel since they are so good at doing it with there unique "SamsungPay", but now for Google to rebrand GoogleWallet into "AndroidPay" is downright theft. SHAME ON GOOGLE for ripping-off (yet again) Apple's ideas and riding on their coattails. GoogleWallet was a botched, always-in-beta experiment, so now they think they can rename it similarly to ApplePay and hope that people are stupid-enough to believe they can be trusted.
ApplePay will be a success. That's a give. The sad thing that's going to happen is that because these asshole copiers are mimicking Apple's system, when security flaws and hacks decimate the AndroidPay system, the media is going to lump Apple into it and make it sound like the entire system is flawed when Apple's method is secure. That WILL happen.
Samsung Pay is supposed to be far better than ApplePay because they have a way to make it secure AND let it work at non-NFC terminals.
Sounds like a good thing for Samsung. That's a big deal. There are many stores that we shop that don't have NFC and don't plan to do so for the immediate future. The only thing I have found for NFC is a vending machine at work???
Well Samscum acquired LoopPay like 11 days ago!!! It sends a signal out to a Card Swipe Terminal instead of having to swipe your card. So in a way I guess that's good. BUT, It would be sending out your normal Credit Card info that would have to be on your phone for this to work I believe?!?! Also Swipe card readers are going away. The U.S. is just way behind everyone else which has moved to Chip & Pin. So in a year or whatever, LoopPay would be worthless. Back to NFC. Still Samscum's services so far have failed. No Android user wants to use them. They want to use Google's Services, which means Google Wallet. Here's Google with Android Pay to make sure people stick with Google.
I use Apple Pay all the time at Home Depot. Lowes is part of the CurrectC group. That Seems to be what PayPay has now gotten into. They BOTH are doing the same in that they're taking money directly from your Checking account. So you don't have the protection you do with a Credit Card and the Laws protecting you!!! If you did that with PayPal, delete that payment type and get back onto your Credit Card instead!!! The whole point in CurrectC is to get around the credit card transaction fee's and to do that, they take money directly out of your checking out. It also allows them to track you even better then before just using a normal Credit Card. This is how they end up getting hacked and Millions of Credit Card numbers taken. It's also something a small Mom & Pop place wouldn't do or have access to that kind of Data. using Apple Pay you're also safe.
Google is a pathetic me too company. It is unable to do anything with class, creativity and ingenuity. Except for the pagerank algorithm everything they have is an idea of someone else. Streetview, Google Ads, you name it.

Every company is a me too company. Apple has done its fair share of me too products, and services.

Microsoft Pay. Just in case the Windows platform goes sideways and all they got left is Xbox.
First they have to make a Microsoft Wallet, THEN Windows Pay.
Already done:
Microsoft Windows Pay for Mobile 10.

In that event, prepare for an Xbox Phone with Xbox Pay.
Android Pay is reported to launch August 26th, and will be processed the same as Apple Pay using the same equipment.
Minus the full compliment of iPhone security features.
