Any problems with Apple TV's new update 7.1?

I updated my AppleTV (version 3) yesterday, and now my device is not working. I bought it in October 2013. The AppleTV was working perfectly, then I downloaded the software update, it rebooted the device, and then nothing. It is dead! I have tried everything. Has anyone else had this problem?
