    It's because <a href="http://localhost/"; target="_blank">http://localhost/</a>; points to your own computer. Replace localhost with your IP address, and turn file sharing on in System Preferences, and put the image in the Public folder in your Home folder.

    I must be in the minority here, but I think that OS X looks good "as is." Sure a little icon and desktop picture customization needs to be done, but I don't think "themes" improve upon OS X already good looks.
