Hopefully more details will come soon. Who knows it could be a lovers argument gone bad. As for searches and metal detectors - HELL NO! We have lost enough of our freedom over terrorism and other bug a boos that get amplified past all reason. The reality is we as humans are surrounded by weapons every day no matter what we do for a living. In a nut shell the police state mentality must come to an end.
Apple's campus is on private property and they can enact and enforce any restrictions they want.
A thought. In Amerika. But I think that where whackos start, the general good intrudes. So "private property" is NOT an excuse. Communism is not the result so PLEASE do not go that far in the absurdist Ayn Rand argument my friends!!!!!

Why is this Breaking or tech news ? People die for various reasons and death has no set place to arrive.
The title of this site is Apple Insider, not Breaking Apple Tech News.  The body was found inside Apple so the story does seem to have some relevance. If you think about it really hard for a while, you might spot a connection.

I didn't realize the workplace was that hostile.
This is not the time for stupid sarcasm. Or are you being ignorantly serious?
Yeah, poor taste on my part. Sorry. I was thinking more along the lines of stressful workplace leading to heart attack.
