New Apple Store in Central VA

I don't know if anyone finds this of interest any more, but according to this document, there will be a new apple store in central VA.



Does anyone know whether apple tends to keep these announcements hush hush as they do with everything else? Or do they tend to be more leanient regarding the stores?

    I think probably two weeks ahead of time is when they announce it......

    Two weeks? I'll have to look away when I see that big Apple on the scaffolding in downtown Chicago.



    It doesn't seem that Apple is trying to hide these things much anymore.

    There is a difference between "hiding" them and "not announcing" them. For a year you have been able to go on Apple's job site and see where they are putting stores (Where they are hiring), but until a week or so before they open, there isn't a "official" announcement. This isn't anything new.



    And Scott, don't worrk about the Mich. Ave store. We've been waiting this long already, what's a few more months?
