Epson 1200U usb scanner. Help!

Has anyone managed to connect one of these up to OS X (10.2.4)? If so what did you use and how did you use it.



I have searched the epson site, and it seems they support the 1240u bit not the 1200



Edit:

Opps totally the wrong place, Sorry. Better add some contact lens cleaner and a few reading lessons to this request.

    I just installed my new Epson 2400. On the Epson site, I found OS X drivers, dated from last month. If these drivers do not work, you might test Vuescan . As supported drivers, they list



    USB Flatbed scanners supported:



    * All Epson models

    The 2400 (Epson Twain 5) software works fine in photoshop. Just not in Image Capture, which doesnt bother me.

    I'd recommend Vuescan as a light and full-featured scanning-only application (I guess I'm old fashioned in that I like my apps non-integrated).
