As we have said in the past when a new forum has been suggested, the demand must exist in order for us to create a new forum. The forums that currently exist are here for two reasons...
1) Since this is AppleInsider we have created the appropriate forums to support the 'theme' of the site if you will.
2) Other forums here have been created because there was sufficient demand for them.
When threads of a specific nature begin infesting a forum, we consider creating a new forum to address those threads and thereby taking the burden off of the forum they are in. This has not happened for HTML and design support.
As such, we do not see the creation of such a forum justified. Should enough threads begin to pop up to justify the creation of such a forum, we will consider it.
