  No. She accuses Apple of bribery. 

  
  

  She's accusing the Trump administration of corruption. 
  
  Tim Cook bought the million-dollar inauguration ceremony seat, because that's the price of doing business under Trump. 
  
  It's quite possible that Cook convinced Trump to drop the tariffs, and it's extremely likely that the only reason he had Trump's ear on this was because of that million-dollar, er… "donation".

  Are you saying that bribery isn’t corruption?  If so, this conversation is going to devolve into one side quoting definitions and the other side stepping, cause bribery is corruption by every definition I’ve seen

  Are you saying that bribery isn’t corruption?  If so, this conversation is going to devolve into one side quoting definitions and the other side stepping, cause bribery is corruption by every definition I’ve seen 

  Words have meanings. It's not illegal to contribute to an inauguration event. Apple and Tim Cook have done so before.
  
  She's accusing Apple of bribery, but she has no legal standing to bring charges, or do anything about it. She can say whatever she wants, but that doesn't make it true.

  
  

  She's been in office forever, and to date, she hasn't introduced any legislation outlawing the practice.
