    That's probably a slightly misleading comparison. It looks like the thinnest new 10/15 GB iPod vs the thickest old 20 GB iPod.

    I read that the 30GB is still thinner than the origonal 5 Gigger.

    I've read that with the decreased size, and therefore decreased battery size, the battery life is substantially less. Like at least 1/3 less.

    i much prefer the old apperance - the new one looks a bit fisher price/mattell
