Nice laptop

look at this picture on www.microsoft.com... they used to have a picture of a powerbook without the apple logo but i guess they changed it to their own taste... its like 3 inches thick



I thought it was kind of funny

    I was at Microsoft's website downloading some Office X updates (why can't it auto-update like every other software program for OS X?), and I saw a picture of some old guy using a really really old laptop. Yeah, probably 3" thick.



    I do remember seeing three... yes, THREE Macs in one of Microsoft's promotional movies for the Tablet PC. First it showed a "typical laptop PC" and it had a PowerBook 1400 with the Windows XP desktop. Then it showed a picture of a PowerBook 3400 in close up (you could really only see the hinge detail and nothing else). When it mentioned how the tablet PC could easily interface with a desktop, it showed a beige G3 desktop with an Apple monitor with the Windows desktop on it.
