idisk sync question...

i want to add a couple small picture files into my picture folder on idisk under panther. with the new remote idisk feature it seems i have to drag them into my local copy and then sync the idisk. the problem i'm getting is that it seems to need to sync my whole idisk just to add these two little files. this can't be the only way it works right?

    Actually, it is working correctly. It checks your files first to determine the modified ones. It does not simply sync your entire iDisk again. Or does it on your machine? Is this the problem?
