Wake On LAN wont stay awake
I'm running 10.3.1 on a dual G5 2Ghz.
From my Linux machine I run the command:
[wakeonlan -i broadcastIP macaddress]
The G5 wakes up (with screen saver PW login) and then goes back to sleep after about 30 seconds. It doesn't matter if I immediately connect to the system via ssh or not after the G5 resumes from sleep.
* If I sit and wait, the G5 will automatically return to sleep mode after about 30 seconds.
* If I connecting to the G5 via ssh immediately after I run the wakeonlan command, I get automatically disconnected when the system returns to sleep mode after about 30 seconds.
How do I keep the G5 up after running the wakeonlan feature?
