but add techTV (screen savers, call for help... anything but the Anime) and the poker shows. oh and take away that if for southpark... although I usually am in a vulgar mood...
oh and who could forget conan!
...I watch way too much TV freakin' roommates..
the news is good too (yes fox-local-cnn whatever, variety is good... even if it makes your blood boil...)
- Dead Like Me (awesome show that was on Showtime last summer. Unlike anything else on tv. New season starts in May I think.)
I'm also a fan of Futurama (Bender is my hero) and The Simpsons.
I also have every episode of Seinfeld on my computer. Watching every episode in order makes the show so much better because you pick up on all the references to earlier episodes. (They really had some weird obsession with jackets and coats on that show.)
The best TV show is The Office. Well, they've officially ended their series in the UK but since they haven't shown the Christmas special yet here in the U.S. technically I'd say it's still an active series here in the U.S..
The first four seasons of the West Wing, which are currently in syndication on Bravo. I've gotten to where I just about don't care for the fifth season, which is on the air now. Since they fired Sorkin, it just hasn't been the same. It's like it's been ER-ified. I keep waiting for a helicopter to crash off the top of the White House and kill Toby.
CSI is good, though. But not the Miami one.
Law and Order: Criminal Intent is good most of the time.
The Simple Life and My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiancee. Without a doubt.
But seriously.
I watch the Simpsons now and I enjoy it, but I don't think anything can beat the first two or three ER seasons. Lately, however, ER has been disappointing.

JTS ... do you think this warrants a new thread?

OK - Northern Exposure... but it has a higher JTS rating than Hill St Blues ever did - I suspect.

OK. NE, before Joel leaves the show, is the best television show ever.
