How do I move the music from my iPod back to my Powerbook?

Ok, I thought that my powerbook was hosed and I lost everything. I had to send it in to Apple for the lovely white spot issue so I wiped it and sent it in fresh. Now I want to send all my music that I originally had on it back to the PB and iTunes from my iPod. How do I do this? HELP!!
