Mac Prices OVER THE ROOF In Australia...

Well, it seems that the markets Apple really cares about are the only ones that Apple charge decently for. I had a quick browse to the stores for the following countries:

    ? US

    ? Australia

    ? France

    ? UK and Ireland

    ? Japan

    ? Canada

And the only places where one can buy a Mac at a decent price, is in the US, (surprise surprise); Canada, (an Apple favourite, too); Japan, (ding!).

All the others, and many more I expect, pay absolutely ridiculous prices.

Is there a law regarding international prices for products?

How can Apple get away with this? I'm sure other comapnies do it too, but the differences are phenomenal, and morally wrong. They're milking us for everything we've got. m.

Some web-sites offer prices that are better than Apple's so at the very least you can save some cash there... other than that nobody is forcing you to buy an Apple computer.
