Anyone having problems with using Mail in Yahoo DSL??

I have a sub account and am trying to use Mail as my POP mail client. All the settings are correct and my password works in both receiving and web-based client but I cannot send. Anyone had this problem or know where I can go to fix it? My software is updated and Ive looked at all the Yahoo helps, with no luck.

    1. Your ISP is blocking your email. Some do this.

    2. Make sure that your from address reads "[email protected]" when you attempt to use their SMTP server.

    3. Try to send email through Yahoo after checking for new mail from Yahoo. The authentication mechanism will then know that you are not a spammer.
