G5 Rack Mount Alternative

Seems like a cool idea to avoid the "hacksaw off your G5 ears" solution presented by Marathon. Anyone tried on of these yet?

    Nah, I'd buy a proper rack mounted xServe before I went that route. Although I see their gimic - providing 5U of space for vertically mounting something else along side of it. Kinda tricky. Perhaps for those who already have a G5 and want to utilize it as a server and have ultra-tight spaces to mount them in. Seems like a small user base to me, though.



    EDIT: Just read Redco's target market - audio. Sure then, audio racks are not 72U normally.
