Might as well lay down my predictions.

    Thing's I'm pretty sure of:

    1. iSync 1.0

    2. Xserve RAID

    3. OS X only booting on all new Macs* (you know what that asterisk is for)

    4. Peek at Mac OS X v.10.3 Panther

    5. .Mac changes and improvements (features, pricing, etc.)

Things I think are likely but less sure:

    6. iPhoto 2

    7. iMovie 3

    8. Shake and FCP revisions for greater integration (announcement)

    9. Logic revision (announcement)

    10. iMac price drop (plus possible 19" model?)

    11. eMac spec bump

Whoops, no room for new products.

    HAHA, LMAO. Spinal Tap...funny movie.

    ---

It's too early for iBook/PowerBook upgrades people! They just upgraded it less than 2 months ago!

1.Final Cut Pro 4 (almost certain)

    2.iSync Final

    3.Updated iMacs to 867MHz and 1GHz.

    4.Final farewell to OS9.

5.Something new for the iPod (like larger HD, color screen, etc...)

    6.eMac upgrades to 900 MHz.

    7.Upgraded PowerMacs up to 1.4GHz.

8.(if this counts as a separate announcement) 5GB iPod ships w/ remote and case.

    9.Development of the 970.

    10.iChat update.

11.Oh, and one more thing, a new iDevice (most likely to be an iPhone).

Something tells me that this won't be a disappointing MacWorld. I can feel it. Remember, maybe it's quiet because Apple sued their employee that was leaking things (i.e. PowerMac).(?)

A cynical 11 announcments would be the availablity of 11 new applications for OS X (3rd party developers of course) and maybe a small update to the iMacs. Steve only speaks for maybe 11 minutes of the entire keynote.

    1. iSync (which works with PDAs that might use)

    2. Bluetooth keyboards and Bluetooth integrated (in models such as)

    3. iMac (and)

    4. PowerMac (as well as)

    5. iBook (plus)

    6. PowerBook (not to mention)

    7. iPod (which will go well with)

    8. iTunes (Rendezvous and Bluetooth makes music sharing fun, but they also help with devices such as)

    9. Mobile phones (Sony-Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola, and finally, the big shocker for all of them)

    10. Apple's own mobile communication device (which meshes with the new)

    11. Telephony-related iApp and videoconferencing integration in iChat.

Or something, I don't know about the order.. but I'd like to see a show all about the Bluetooth, and Rendezvous, and FireWire 2 as well. And an upgraded/pricedropped iPod. And of course the mobile communication device, iPhone or whatever.

First of all 802.11g is not 54 megs its like 20 megs something like that cuase 802.11a is 54

second air port has already had 2 releases so it wouldnt be a airport 2

3rd iphoto 2 might be possible

no color ipod cuase the os they run that company doesnt do color stuff for the price we can afford.

    Itunes 4 is to soon.

Maybe i movie 3 to take atvantage of osx10.2.3 for speeder prcessing. yes isync final and not blue tooth because there is a similar product i forget the name that does more and is half the price. But wireless mouse and keyboad would be nice. just like how the imac when it came out had the comercial for very few coards. But there will be a powerpc change very slightly though I know for a fact becuase my freind works for apple and told me to wait till macword sf to buy my tower.

Okay, let's say that eleven is the magic number. Let me try my hand at this. A slant towards most reasonable, with a pinch of wishful thinking thrown in:

    1. iTunes 4 (ACC, Ogg Vorbis, Rendevous)

    2. iMovie 3

    3. iSync (final)

    4. iPhoto 2

    5. Airport 2 (802.11g - 54Mbs)

    Airport 2 card w/Bluetooth

    6. iWeb

    7. AppleWorks 7

    8. Revised Xserve?

    9. Revised PowerMac lineup

    w/built-in Bluetooth, FireWire 2 and USB 2.0

    10. Revised FP iMac line

    w/1GHz, 19" as high-end.

    11. iPod 2 (color screen, iSync w/iPhoto)

That's the extent of my (realistic) prognostications. Some of these are stretches too. Maybe Steve WILL regain that "Oh, one more thing..." magic this time.

an update on the Switch campaign is in order. i think that Steve will roll out these results. if we don't hear anything yet again, it's bad news.

we should also get an update regarding Quark as well as a preview.

No speed as they just bumped it.

Case??? having said that I do think it is perfect.

    Perhaps just bluetooth.

Hmmmm. We may get a surprise in a couple of days time?

In almost all the last few keynotes, SJ has brought up execs. from software companies to demo their new product. That would certainly bring the "every 10 minutes" scenario. Not necessarily 11 new products specifically from Apple. (There are other companies debuting products you know). Also, "and one more thing" is passe. I don't think that has been used in a couple of years (I could be wrong on this). And the beat goes on.
