DragThing and James Thomson = awesome

in Mac Software edited January 2014
i just want to put a plug in here... james thomson's app dragthing just keeps getting more and more awesome with every iteration. some might see it as feature bloat sometimes, and back int he days of os 9, i wasn't wild about the idea of all those docks all over the place, but, with the advent of clipping support, transparency, file previews, mail notifications, and the sliding drawer effect to keep them out of my way, well, it is threatening to be the ONLY accessory utility shareware app i need at the rate it's going.

and extra special kudos to him for setting up his own user forums. he moderates them himself, and replies regularly, especially in the feature requests area.

anyway, credit where credit is due. if you haven't tried it yet, give it a look and try it yourself...

It IS a good app. I use it for years now, and I'm very happy with it. It's a very nice addition to the dock, at least for people like me with *lots* of apps & files.
