    The QuickTime State of the Union session is also publically available. They've been on the what's on - Apple events page for a while. It's a good place to check for stuff like this.

    that "gm_sotu" was the same link as the "sotu" for a while, or least when i first tried to watch both. But now I have watched both, and wowwie wow wowwerson. That Quicktime Core Video thing was instense

    Quite. This is looking to be a huge HUGE upgrade for video and image performance.



    And it's finally official: QuickDraw is deprecated as of 10.4. No new enhancements, no new features, move to CoreGraphics ASAP.
