Help?! Audio still works with iTunes and like the start up noise but nothing thru Quicktime.
Hmm... does this happen with *all* your QuickTime movies? QuickTime's having problems with the audio in certain codecs (IIRC this is the case with MP3-compressed audio in AVI movies - somebody correct me if that's wrong).
In any case, perhaps you might consider trying an alternative player like VLC or MPlayer...?
It happens with AVI files, MOV files, AIFF files, MP3 files, everything. It says "You may experience problems playing a sound track in "This File"because a software component needed by the movie could not be found. Would you like to close the movie or continue?"
