MythTV brings MacOSX frontend... Apple Media Center closer to reality

if you dont know MythTV, its probably one of the best Multimedia/PVR/DVR front ends you can get. Very active community and such.



This bodes very very well for the MacMini becoming a fantastic Multimedia Hub

    Would it be possible to run linux trough virtual PC and have the frontend running on the mac? would this make the frontend more responsive than directly through virtual PC?

    I will try this when I have some time, but I do only have a RevA 12" Powerbook. No tunercard and a limited processor.

    Does anyone on a G5 want to try to get this to work? Would a MacMini be fast enough?...

    I looked at the screenshots and have a question:



    Where is it getting the info for the program schedule (TV Guide)? I need a TV guide and haven't found any truly good/free programs.
