I would like some advice on this too. It would actually be nice to be able to share calandars on the fly over the network with coworkers so they are always up to date without having to do anything. I think Entourage can do this via Exchange, but Im no fan of Excange or Entourage for that matter. Plus, iCal works great for me as it is so other than the sharing issue that you mentioned I see no reason to change.
