Anyone know where this is going, explain more on the 4 cores.

A core is the main part of a processor, so a 4 core processor is basically 4 processors on one chip.

yah,
I knew that, I was wondering if anything was out such as anymore specs on that. I've also heard 2.5 Ghz was it's current clock: but that would theoretically clock in at 10Ghz. I don't think I've ever -thought- of that number before.
(I'm talking about the 9800, not the 970)

A core is the main part of a processor, so a 4 core processor is basically 4 processors on one chip.
I knew that, I was wondering if anything was out such as anymore specs on that. I've also heard 2.5 Ghz was it's current clock: but that would theoretically clock in at 10Ghz. I don't think I've ever -thought- of that number before.
