Same IPOD - synch between 2 different machines

in iPod + iTunes + AppleTV edited January 2014
So can someone tell me how to synch my IPOD between two differnt machines to move music back and forth? Can this be done? Or since I have already synched with one am I out of luck.

    You can sync with one or add music from two computers - but not sync playtimes, ratings etc. Also you will not be able to transfer music off the iPod.

    i use rsync for this.

    keeps powerbook and dual g5 itunes libraries exactly the same and ipod can't tell the difference.
