Long wakeup from screen saver
i'm running a PB 15'' 1.5ghz with 1.25GB ram, i'm on 10.4.1 but this has been an issue on panther also.
whenever I leave my laptop unattended for a few hours, i come back and move the mouse or press the keyboard, the screen turns on but the screen saver stays on and is frozen, whle i hear the hard drive doing something, this can take from either 30 seconds to a minute. this doesn't happen 100% of the time, but very often. the only programs I usually have open is safari and adium, what the hell is Mac doing and why doesn't it instantly respond when i move the mouse?
p.s the mac is not asleep, its just idle
