Formatting A Sony Memory Stick

Hi all



I'm new to the mac os and I'm wanting to format my Camera's

memory stick. How do I do this?

    It's best to format it in the camera itself. There's a menu option to do this. The Mac will still be able to read it fine with it formatted this way.
