apple tech careers

hi all



i'm considering a career as a computer tech, possibly moving on to teaching at some point (after a good few years experience first) and i was looking for some advice. i've completed the comptia A+ and network+ courses and i have the applecare tech course in mind next, and it sounds like quite and investment (£1000 for a mac mini and course/exam fees) so i want to know where thats going to get me basically. i was hoping some ppl already in the industry could give me an idea of what its like. for example what jobs might be open with those qualifications to start with, what is necessary to progress..
