dell's 30" lcd

just read over at engadget about dell's new 30 inch lcd, do you guys think when it comes out apple will lower its price on its 30 inch ?

    In the long run, yes, of course. However, keep in mind that:

    1) Dell hasn't even announced their price (or whether it will actually be lower).

    2) Apple has recently lowered their price already, during the introduction of the dual-core G5s, high-res PowerBooks and Aperture.
