Right-on!!! Posting to this site proves that we can afford to own a computer, so obviously we can afford to pay for sex. My appologies to those of you using public access internet who cannot actually affor to pay for sex, I guess you will have to work on your charm.
So they DID paint the inside.. wow, that actually looks nice in some of those shots. The paint job, anyway. I guess the Apple one was just bad photography. Black is so dated, though.
I'd like to see an iMac with Quicksilver, Titanium, or even clear/frosted again. Hell, I wouldn't mind seeing those patterns Mac Guru posted; while we might find them abhorrent (most are just posing to try to act elitist and 'cool', though, I believe), people liked them. The appearance of our computers should be like self-expression. I miss the days of choices like that.
But on the other hand, I don't so much.. come to think of it, anything other than white or silver would just get old. And then we wouldn't be able to have different iMac models, either.. and if we did, it would be just more confusing (as in iMac DV days.. "I want these specs and this price, in this color.. but they don't make that!"). Plus it would just seem like we're backtracking.
Maybe Apple will go to completely chrome for the next 'phase,' once the white thing wears out. What do you guys think of that?

A dark colored iMac could have an advantage if used in public (like a kiosk). I've noticed that the white iMac on display at the local shop becomes soiled quite easily from everyone touching it.
