Im trying to find the exact model card that used to be an option with Dual 2.5gHz G5. I know it was the ATI 9800 but there seems to be a few of those out there. Can somebody help me out? Maybe with a link. . .

I can't say for sure, but I do know what model was available when I purchased my rev a 2 GHz G5.

The top-of-the-line card at the time was an 9800 Pro which had 128 MB of VRam and supported up to AGP 8x.

The off-the-shelf card had 256 MB of VRam but only supported up to AGP 4x.

Since that time both cards have been updated I believe, now featuring 8x AGP support and 256 MB of VRam.

I got a good deal on an X800 card which should be arriving soon. I'll let you know how that works out.

It's the model ATY,R360 according to MacTracker. This 9800XT came with 256MB. Outputs were ADC and DVI-I.
