A seperate X1300 would cost more and there are higher integration costs (mb space, assembly etc).
you got a good point there, but i dont see how it fits into the big picture:
if the mini will only pack a gma-950, that would imply a ibook with the same/similar solution and that would be a downgrade in most aspects compared to the current 9550. (not by much though..)
so i think the mini (and the macbook) will get some kind of low-and-slow ati gfx-chip like what was in the imac g5.
if we see a x1?00 of some kind in there, i'd be really happy though...

Well, they are Yonah based. I forgot these were in the pipe. Says 2nd quarter though. Would make sense in the mini or a very lowend iBook (Mac Book).
Integrated graphics costs (maximum) $4 more (see Intel pricelist at http://www.intel.com/intel/finance/pricelist/).

Well, Apple WILL NOT go with any integrated crap graphics. Probably something like the Radeon X1300.

640k ought to be enough for anybody!

Yes. Single core and integrated graphics for the low end consumer notebook.

Me too.
Unrealistic wishlist: Core Duo, H.264 hw decoding, GigE and eSATA in a small form factor
