Final Cut Studio Universal - on time? -gotchas?

Does anyone have reason to believe that Final Cut Studio Universal won't be out before the end of March? I can't find any evidence that the crossgrades will be available at Apple Stores, so I'm getting ready to mail my original disc in.



Note this little "gotcha" from here:

    It's not a drag unless Apple Legal personally examines your computer habits.
