Manually Resizing the Formatting Palette in Word

Is there a way to manually resize the Formatting Palette in Word 2004 for the Mac? I commonly use the "Styles" tab on the palette, but I hate having to scroll through the styles to select the one I need (the writing I do requires the frequent changing of styles).

    Doesn't command-shift-S bring up the Styles list?



    Moving to Applications.
