Whither the big LCD?

Hi,



I had heard that Apple was working on an LCD monitor even larger than the 30" design they already have. There was some talk of it a while ago, but it seems to quietened down.



Has there been anything in the news recently regarding this?

    I just wanted to say, I have missed the "Whither" post from the days of panther.



    I too would like them to come out with a larger than 30" LCD for TV/Computer use.

    A TV Application is the only thing I can think of that would require a larger but lower rez monitor.



    30" doesn't sound like a lot until you're sitting in front on one.
